The Service and its original content (including but not limited to the text, graphics, logo, code, and the curated vocabulary data), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of me, Wojciech Jachowicz. The LingoBingo name and logo are trademarks and may not be used in connection with any product or service without my prior written consent.

This Service is supported by advertising revenue and may display advertisements and promotions. You agree that I may place such advertising on the LingoBingo service. The manner, mode, and extent of such advertising are subject to change without specific notice to you.
4. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer of Warranties
The LingoBingo web application is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. I make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim all other warranties.
